Fire Extinguishers Online (FEO) offers FREE DELIVERY* for items purchased and delivered in New Zealand.
* Some 'RD' rural addresses may incur a small additional charge. This will be in addition to your total and must be paid before we can dispatch. We will inform you via email if there is an additional charge.
FEO will replace any faulty or damaged extinguishers providing we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Photo evidence and a brief description of the problem (via email ) is required. Any extinguishers must be returned in their original packaging.
We also offer a 7-day money back policy on all fire extinguishers that are returned ‘as new’ in original, unopened packaging. Courier costs will be deducted before refunds are returned.
BE ADVISED: All fire extinguishers are classified as "Dangerous Goods" therefore we can only choose from a small selection of New Zealand couriers for our deliveries.
As they are an outside contractor it is important to note that we cannot guarantee delivery times due to various factors beyond our control.
